In order for us to provide you with a service we need to collect Personal Data to provision the service, provide billing for the service and communicate with you for the purpose of changes, updates and the reporting of issues in relation to the service. We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect, and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Live-N-Learn will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. Live-N-Learn is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of Personal Data should be kept may also be governed by specific business sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal Data may be held in addition to these periods depending on individual business needs.
We may pass your Personal Data on to third-party service providers, such as a mailing house, contracted to Live-N-Learn in the course of providing a service to you. In the performance of our Contract with you or in providing our Services or Websites to you, no data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. We may contact you in relation to the service provided by Live-N-Learn and for billing and account management. Moreover, the information you provide will be subject to rigorous measures and procedures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.
We may use your Personal Data to conduct marketing, promotional and informational activities and to perform business analytics, satisfaction surveys or market research and direct marketing purposes in general, including sending notifications about updates to the websites, information on our services we think may be of interest to you, initiatives or events by mail, e-mail, phone, fax, SMS, MMS or other electronic means. However, we will only do so in accordance with GDPR requirements prior to being contacted in this way and/or subject to relevant legal requirements. If you no longer wish to receive marketing information, please inform us by using the opt-out options available on our communications.
Live-N-Learn has appropriate policies and technical and organisational measures in place to safeguard and protect your Personal Data against unlawful or unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, unlawful or unauthorised use and disclosure. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff and employees who have access to Personal Data about you have received adequate training.
